I'm Conor. I've spent over fifteen years in primary classrooms — fourteen of them as a computing and curriculum lead, working across every year group from Reception to Year 6. I've trialled every approach with real children in real schools.
I built Lumina because I kept meeting children who were capable of far more than anyone was asking of them. Not because they lacked talent — because the system wasn't built to stretch them. Small groups, high expectations, a teacher who believes they can do it. That's all it takes.
